Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, work email and message. This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted on Wix and contact requests are received through Wix Forms (Wix.com Ltd.), acting as our processor. Fonts are loaded from the jsDelivr service.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client — in that case, for the duration of the contract and any legal retention periods.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing by emailing info@basewire.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
